Responsibilities:

• Door and window installation and repair

• Trim work, drill and set door hardware

• Framing

• Measure and mark cutting lines on materials

• Shape or cut materials to specified measurements

• Build or repair cabinet doors, frameworks, floors or other wooden fixtures in buildings

• Review blueprints, building codes and specs

• Use and maintain tools used in the day to day operations

Qualifications:

• 5+ years experience in trade

• Constructions means and methods

• Plan reading

• Able to meet physical demands of position (climbing ladders/scaffolding, crawling, stooping, bending, moving material up to 80lbs repeatedly)

Skills:

• Must be able to multi-task, excellent communicator, organized and self-starter

• Must have technical experience in the trade

• Problem solving, ability to identify issues and resolve them or offer solutions

Responsibilities:

• Install systems in accordance with manufacturer specifications and recommendations.

• Seamlessly 

• Load and unload building materials and/or tools

• Distribute materials/tools to correct locations throughout the job site

• Clean or prepare job site to eliminate possible hazards

• Document sources of water intrusion

• Replace damaged/rotted wood as needed

• Other job site duties as assigned

• 5-10 years construction management experience in renovations of multi-family projects

• Constructions means and methods

• Plan reading

• Working knowledge of all construction trades

• Must be able to diagnose and solve problems in the field

• Must have technical experience

• Must be able to motivate staff and subcontractors in a professional manner

• Problem solving, ability to identify issues and resolve them

• MS Excel, Word, Outlook and Project with proficiency

• Certifications if applicable

• Install systems in accordance with manufacturer's and specifiers recommendations. 

• Work with Manufacturer's rep during the installation process to allow for warranty inspections and system analysis, as needed.
